Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

FlowDesk lets solo freelancers draft AI-generated proposals, share client portals, track milestones, and forward payment links provided by the freelancer. FlowDesk does not process end-client payments. Funds flow directly between the freelancer's chosen payment provider and the client.

• FlowDesk Pro costs $15 per month, billed in advance for each monthly period.
• New accounts receive a 5-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. No charge is made before day 6.
• After the trial, the subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
• Billing is handled by our Merchant of Record, which acts as the seller of record and collects any applicable taxes (e.g. VAT).
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' prior notice; changes apply to the next renewal.

You can cancel at any time from the in-app Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access until then. We do not require you to contact support to cancel.

• Free trial: cancel before day 6 and you are not charged.
• EU/EEA right of withdrawal: consumers in the EU/EEA may withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days of the first charge for a full refund, provided the Service has not been substantially used. To withdraw, email [support@yourdomain.com].
• Outside the 14-day window: monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. We may grant a discretionary refund in cases of prolonged service unavailability.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
• Send spam, malware, or unsolicited messages through portals or email features.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or attempt to bypass usage limits or security controls.
• Submit content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You retain ownership of the briefs, proposals, milestones, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you and your clients.

Proposals drafted by AI are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and confirming their accuracy before sending them to a client. We make no warranty as to the suitability of AI output for a specific engagement.

You may attach payment links from Stripe, PayPal, Revolut, or any other provider. Those transactions are governed by the provider's own terms; we are not a party to them and are not responsible for their availability, fees, or chargebacks.

We aim to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, update features, or restrict access for security reasons without prior notice when necessary.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including statutory consumer rights in the EU/EEA).

You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling and deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms or where required by law. On termination, your access ends and data is deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [country / jurisdiction], without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence. Disputes shall be brought before the competent courts of [jurisdiction], unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
